Community Guidelines

ENVIAGO's mission is to establish the most personalized and authentic connections between Creators and Fans and aspire to be an inviting, enjoyable, and memorable space for everyone involved. In pursuit of this aim, we've crafted these Community Guidelines to safeguard our users, both creators and fans, and all those who engage with our Platform and services. These Guidelines are an integral part of our Acceptable Use Policy and our Community Guidelines. The terms defined within the Terms of Service (such as "User," "Site," etc.) retain the same meaning here. These Guidelines are applicable to all users and provide clarity on what is and isn't permissible on ENVIAGO. By using ENVIAGO, you agree to adhere to our Terms of Service, including these Guidelines.

In the spirit of maintaining a secure and inviting atmosphere on ENVIAGO, we kindly ask for your assistance in upholding these Guidelines. If you come across any violations, please inform us by using the online tools or by emailing us directly at support@enviago.com. We take pride in the diversity of our users and the beliefs represented on ENVIAGO and are pleased to welcome everyone into the ENVIAGO community...as long as users adhere to these Guidelines


A. Platform Rules

All users are expected to observe these Community Guidelines, including recognizing that certain behaviors are not allowed, and specific content may be restricted or removed from the Platform.

  1. Identity. We expect you to be who you say you are. Do not use a false identity or submit misleading information when creating an ENVIAGO account. Employ your actual name and genuine photos. Refrain from creating fake accounts (deep fakes are doubly prohibited).
  2. Age Restriction. Due to most standard banking practices, you must be at least 18 years old or age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
  3. Multiple Accounts and Circumventing. Don't attempt to circumvent our protocols by creating another account if you have been suspended or banned. Multiple accounts are discouraged.
  4. Accounts Not Transferable. Your ENVIAGO account cannot be transferred or sold.
  5. Use the Platform and products as intended. Avoid activities that mislead or deceive others. This includes making requests that would embarrass creators, compromise their integrity, or deceive them in any way.
  6. Don't use ENVIAGO for financial advice. Refrain from creating or booking content related to specific stocks, NFTs, tokens, cryptocurrencies, or other investments.
  7. No fee evasion. Avoid any actions to bypass fees, such as encouraging fans to purchase ENVIAGO offerings off the platform. Transactions initiated on ENVIAGO must remain on ENVIAGO.
  8. No Interference. Don’t artificially boost your presence on ENVIAGO or interfere with other Users' businesses.
  9. No Soliciting or Spamming. Don't misuse the Site with unsolicited advertising or commercial messages (spam) or any other unwelcome communication. Fabricating falsehoods, including misinformation, is prohibited.
  10. No Illegality (including Fraud). Remember, our rules align with the law. Do not promote, encourage, or engage in illegal conduct on ENVIAGO. Avoid submitting requests or content that breaches laws, regulations, court orders, or legal processes. Steer clear of phishing, money laundering, theft, and fraud. Also, no illegal drug depiction, promotion, or trade. ENVIAGO may consider context and severity in reviewing potential illegality.
  11. No Hate or Disparaging Speech. ENVIAGO exists for entertainment and joy. Celebrate the diversity of celebrities and fans by avoiding hateful or disparaging speech. We prohibit language or content that attacks, demeans, discriminates, or threatens violence based on protected characteristics. This includes slurs and derogatory terms.
  12. No Violence or Inciting Violence. Promoting violence, damage, or harm is prohibited, as is content depicting graphic violence or animal cruelty. Refrain from threatening individuals, groups, animals, or property. Do not glorify or promote violence or self-harm.
  13. Do not share or solicit content. that endorses, advocates, or glorifies terrorism or violence, for political, religious, ethnic, or ideological motives.
  14. No Nudity, Sexually Explicit Content, or Sexualization of Minors. ENVIAGO does not permit pornographic, indecent, obscene, or sexually explicit content. Nudity is prohibited, except in specific circumstances. Sexualization of minors is strictly forbidden.
  15. No Cruelty, Harassment, Bullying, or Doxxing. Treat others kindly. Avoid content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or derogatory. Do not distribute, post, or solicit harmful content. Respect the feelings of talent and victims of tragic events. Do not harass ENVIAGO employees.
  16. Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights. Submit only what you own or have the right to submit. Do not misuse or infringe upon the rights of others. Do not use ENVIAGO information to create a competing service. Respect privacy rights and refrain from disclosing personal data.
  17. Do Not Violate Privacy Rights. Protect others' personal data and do not share confidential information. Avoid content containing personal data or identifiable information. Refrain from doxing.
  18. Do Not Undermine Site Security. Respect site security and reliability. Avoid hacking, circumventing access restrictions, or using automated scripts. Do not distribute malicious files. Do not undermine security measures.

B. Enforcement

You are responsible for your account, any content you provide and the usage of any services provided by the Platform, which is strictly limited to the specific purposes outlined in our Terms of Service.

Should we become aware of any content or actions on the platform that violate our Terms of Service or these Community Guidelines, we will take appropriate actions at our sole discretion to enforce these rules. This may include temporary suspension of your Enviago account during the investigation of a potential violation and the assessment of appropriate measures.

Depending on the gravity of the violation, we may enforce these Community Guidelines through various means:

Our enforcement decisions will take multiple factors into consideration, including the content itself, the user's history of violations and the seriousness of the behavior. We do not monitor users' behavior outside of our platform, but in certain cases, we may consider external behavior, like if off-platform actions provide context or involve behavior on Enviago, or if they reference Enviago while breaching our guidelines. Extreme off-platform behavior, such as involvement in hate groups or terrorist organizations, sexual assault, child abuse, or other severe actions, will also be taken into account.

In exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to our content removal policies if we believe the content serves the public interest, like clearly satirical, scientific, or educational material.

To maintain a secure and inclusive environment on Enviago, you agree to cooperate with any investigations carried out by Enviago and promptly provide requested information.


C. Appeal Process

You may appeal an enforcement decision by writing to support@enviago.com from the email addresses associated with your account and explain in detail why you believe our decision was incorrect.
